About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) who has recently completed their graduation and has hands-on internship experience in data analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data into usable formats.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Support data-driven decision-making across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure data integrity and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Completed internship in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau).
- Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to data cleaning and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with business metrics and KPIs.
