Role & responsibilities


Note - This is a 3 months Internship opportunity and will be a base for Full Time Conversion after 3 months as per performance outcomes.


For First 3 Months - Stipend of Rs 10,000 will be paid.

  • Attend incoming customer calls and take appropriate action for each call and ensure there are no escalations on the service provided
  • Should be able to answer calls timely ensuring adherence to the process standards.
  • Follow up customer calls wherever is necessary
  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
  • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to maintain service quality.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate Pass outs 2024 / Passing out in 2025
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Having accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.


Note Post Selection , Candidates will have to undergo - Vyapar Training Program for 14 Days.

only candidates that qualify the Training Program , will get the Offer to Join the Organization.


Other Mandates: Office-based work, regular use of computer systems and communication tools. Weekly - 6 days work.
