Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and coordination of orientation sessions.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees, ensuring compliance with exit procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all employee documentation, contracts, and records are up to date.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
