EMPLOYEE TYPE: FIELD PARTNER MANAGER


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Conduct field visits to existing partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure costumer satisfaction.


• Identify and acquire new partners through strategic prospects and lead generation.


• Educate partners and customers about our products, highlighting its features, benefits, and unique selling points.


• Provide guidance and support to partners, ensuring their understanding of product usage, best practices and resolving their queries or issues that arise


• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors ,and market developments to identify the opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.



REQUIREMENTS:


• 1-6 years proven work experience Proven Experience in Partner Acquisition, Software/Hardware Sales, opening current account


• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsto effectively interact with the partners and customers.


• Strong Negotiation and persuation abilitiesto successfully closedeals and partnerships


• Self motivated and Target drivenwith a passion for achieving sales goals


• Possession of a 2 wheeler bike and a valid driver's licence for field visits


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
