Job Summary: Manager - POS will be responsible for driving sales of Point of Sale (POS) solutions to our field partner team. This role requires a strong understanding of the POS market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and engage with potential field partners to promote POS solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with partners.
• Provide training and support to partners on POS products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of POS solutions.
Qualifications:
• 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the POS industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
