Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Recruitment Team, specializing in Technology Hiring, for a 3-month internship program. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition


Desired Skills & Requirements:


  • Prior exposure to tech-hiring preferably with consultancy
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
  • Attention to Detail and ability to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
