Responsibilities:


  • Attend  incoming customer calls and take appropriate action for each call and ensure there are no escalations on the service provided. 
  • Should be able to answer calls timely ensuring adherence to the process standards. 
  • Follow up customer calls wherever is necessary 
  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes 
  • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to maintain service quality.



Desired Skills and Requirements:

  • Exp - 1 to 4 years or Freshers can also apply (2023 pass out)
  • Any Graduate
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Having accounting knowledge is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.


Languages : English & Hindi


Other Mandates:  Office-based work, regular use of computer systems and communication tools. Weekly 6 days work.
