Role Summary:


Vyapar App is a business and accounting solution that eases and digitizes our customers' bookkeeping and enables the transition of cumbersome accounting data from general bookkeeping to a digitized always available resource. In a nutshell, Vyapar Software and Application caters to Accounting Management; Billing & Invoicing; Inventory management; Online Store; GST filing; and Taxation.


The Product Trainer will be responsible for training employees in the effective use of the Vyapar Application and Software, as well as providing comprehensive knowledge to clients regarding business accounting, invoicing, GST, and taxation. The responsibility encompasses training batch management, training content management, project management, core value demonstration, innovation, conducting effective training programs, maintaining reports and MIS, as well as batch and trainee performance tracking.

  • Monitor the progress of new joiners/existing members/agents continuously
  • Update training material
  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive product training sessions for both new and
  • existing employees
  • Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides, manuals, how-to videos,
  • and FAQs
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and updates, and ensure that all training materials
  • reflect these changes


Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in education or related field
  • 4-8+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to develop creative and engaging learning experiences
  • Experience/Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms (optional)
  • Experience developing learning content (optional)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
