About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the QA lifecycle. You’ll work closely with our development and product teams to ensure high-quality product releases and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand product requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.
- Ensure product quality before releases and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.
- Experience with bug-tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
