Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Inside Sales Team as an Inside Sales Team - T. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
