Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated CA Fresher to join our Finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in accounting and taxation with hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel, and Tally. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our finance experts and gain end-to-end exposure in accounting, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation, and related compliance.
- Support in TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Perform data analysis and maintain accuracy using Excel tools and formulas.
- Assist in audit support, documentation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Keep updated with the latest developments in taxation and accounting regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher).
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, GST, and TDS.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Income Tax, ROC filings, and Financial Statement preparation.
- Exposure to audit processes during articleship.
