Job Title: Soft Skill Trainer

Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to join our training department. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in conducting soft skill training sessions for employees at all levels. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that focus on enhancing communication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential soft skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement soft skill training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires and senior management
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their soft skills
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in soft skill training

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in conducting soft skill training sessions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Certification in training or coaching is a plus
